    Commission Terms

Transparent commission structure that keeps our platform free and our recommendations unbiased.

    Last updated: 27 August 2025

    FIND AI NOW PTY LTD

    ABN 67 686 241 814 | ACN 686 241 814

    Jurisdiction: Victoria, Australia

    1. Scope

These Commission Terms explain when and how commissions apply on the Find AI Now platform for:

    • • service providers and agencies, and
    • • tools and software listed with tracked links.

These terms form part of the Terms of Service. By submitting or maintaining a listing you agree to these Commission Terms.

    2. Definitions

    • Platform means the Find AI Now website and any related services.
    • Platform Messages means any message, form, booking, chat, comment, attachment, or CTA used on the Platform.
    • Platform Invoice Button means the invoicing and payment workflow provided by the Platform.
    • Client means a Buyer (as defined in the Terms of Service) who engages you after interacting with the Platform.
    • Setup Fees means one-off onboarding, implementation, project, audit, pilot, or sprint fees.
    • Service Fees means monthly or periodic fees for managed services, subscriptions, licensing, support, maintenance, per-seat, usage-based, or credits.
    • All Sales means any consideration of value you receive from a Client for any scope or product, whatever it is called. This includes Setup Fees, Service Fees, renewals, upsells, expansions, add-ons, training, advisory, content packs, success or performance fees, change orders, barters or credits, non-cash consideration, and margin on pass-through costs.
    • Net Revenue means All Sales actually received, excluding GST/VAT and other sales taxes, third-party pass-through costs charged at cost, and refunds or chargebacks.
    • Attribution means we can reasonably verify the Client came through the Platform, including via Platform Messages, contact forms, demo bookings, tracked CTAs, unique links or codes, proposals sent through the Platform, or invoices raised through the Platform.
    • Platform-routed Transaction means any transaction with an attributed Client.

    3. Listing models

For each Agency listing you may choose:

    • Commission Model. Pay commission on All Sales for attributed Clients.
    • Flat Monthly Listing Fee. Pay a recurring fee with no commission on that specific listing.

Changing model is not retroactive. Clients already attributed under the Commission Model remain commissionable.

    4. Commission rates for Agencies

    • • 10% of Net Revenue from Setup Fees per Client.
    • • 10% of Net Revenue from Service Fees for as long as the Client remains active.
    • • A different rate may apply only if agreed in writing in your listing or a signed schedule.

    All Sales are commissionable

Commission applies to All Sales, regardless of how you name or structure the price. Examples include pilots, sprints, audits, retainers, per-seat pricing, usage or API-metered pricing, training, support, maintenance, success or performance fees, add-ons, renewals, expansions, barters, credits, and your margin on any pass-through costs.

    Lookback and continuity

Attribution includes a 180-day lookback from first contact to contract. If a Client pauses and resumes within 180 days, commission resumes on restart. New scopes with the same Client remain commissionable while fees are payable.

    5. Mandatory invoicing and payment flow

You must use the Platform Invoice Button for all Platform-routed Transactions.

You must not send any external payment or checkout links, bank details, QR codes, or off-platform payment instructions via the Platform or in any other form of message to a Platform-attributed Client.

If you need an exception, you must obtain our written approval first. Unapproved external links may be blocked or removed.

    6. Currency

Commissions are calculated and payable in the currency selected when the invoice is sent via the Platform Invoice Button. If Stripe Connect application fees are used, settlement occurs in that invoice currency. If manual remittance is permitted, you must remit in the same invoice currency unless we agree otherwise in writing.

    7. Tracking, statements, and payment timing

    • • We track attribution using Platform logs, tracked links, codes, and invoices.
    • • Where Stripe Connect is enabled, commissions may be taken as application fees or periodic transfers.
    • • If manual remittance applies, you must pay commissions monthly within 7 days after month-end to the account we nominate.
    • • We may provide monthly statements. You must raise any errors within 14 days.
    • • Late payment may accrue interest at the lower of 1% per month or the lawful maximum, plus reasonable recovery costs.
    • • Set-off and withholding. We may set off any amounts you owe to us against amounts we owe to you, and may withhold payouts where we reasonably believe a refund, chargeback, fraud, breach, audit shortfall, evasion fee, or other amount is or may become payable.
    • • No seller set-off. You must pay commissions without set-off, deduction, or counterclaim, except where required by law.

    8. Refunds, credits, disputes, and chargebacks

    • • If you issue a refund or credit, you must notify us within 7 days. Related commission is reversed or credited against future commissions.
    • • Chargebacks or failed payments reverse the corresponding commission.
    • • If a dispute later results in partial payment, commission applies to the amount actually received.
    • • Chargeback co-operation. You will take reasonable steps to contest fraudulent or erroneous chargebacks and provide timely evidence (for example, contracts, scopes, proof of service or delivery). If a chargeback is reversed in your favour, the related commission will be reapplied.

    9. Buyer price integrity

Our commission is paid by the seller. It does not increase the price paid by the buyer. You must not add surcharges or markups to a Client's price in order to offset Platform commissions or fees.

    10. Anti-circumvention and enforcement

You must not avoid, reduce, or delay commission by moving a Platform-attributed Client off the Platform, by re-labelling revenue, by using unapproved payment routes, or by instructing the Client to transact elsewhere.

    Attribution cooperation

You will not disable or tamper with Platform attribution mechanisms (including tracked links, forms, or codes) and will maintain reasonable records to support attribution.

    Enforcement

If we reasonably believe circumvention occurred, we may:

    • • suspend or remove your listing,
    • • withhold payouts,
    • • invoice an evasion fee equal to the avoided commissions plus reasonable recovery costs, and
    • • permanently ban your account and any related accounts.

    11. Audit rights

To confirm accuracy, we may request limited evidence for attributed Clients, such as redacted invoices, contract summaries, or exportable billing reports. We will give at least 7 business days' notice, keep information confidential, and limit scope to the period and Clients in question. If underpayment over the period exceeds 5%, you must pay the shortfall and reasonable audit costs.

    Pass-through evidence

On request, you will provide reasonable evidence that any excluded pass-through costs were charged at cost (for example, supplier invoices and remittance proofs), subject to confidentiality.

    12. Tools with tracked affiliate links

Some Tool listings use tracked links. When a user purchases through those links, the Tool provider may pay us a commission at no extra cost to the user. Affiliate relationships are disclosed directly on each tool page and, where applicable, in list view.

    13. Integrity and independence

    No pay-to-play

We do not sell reviews and do not accept payment to influence listing approvals, rankings, or editorial content.

    Values-aligned listings

We may decline or remove any listing that conflicts with our platform values, brand standards, or legal obligations. Payment does not guarantee approval, ranking, or continued listing.

    Quality first

Affiliate status or commission arrangements do not affect whether a tool or agency is listed. We only list or retain offerings that we consider provide real-world business value and meet our verification standards.

    14. Warranties and obligations

You confirm you have rights to provide your services or Tool, your listing information is accurate and kept up to date, you will use the Platform Invoice Button for Platform-routed Transactions, and you will not send external payment links as set out in section 5.

    15. Data and privacy

We use contact data, analytics, and payment metadata to operate attribution, billing, and to prevent fraud. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not share unnecessary personal or sensitive data.

    Agency data incidents

If an Agency experiences a personal data breach involving lead data received from the Platform, the Agency must notify Find AI Now at privacy@findainow.com within 72 hours of becoming aware, share available details, and reasonably co-operate with remediation and legally required notifications. Failure to do so may result in suspension, withholding of payouts, and termination under these terms.

    16. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee leads, conversions, or revenue. Listing approval is discretionary. We may reorder or remove listings to protect user experience and trust.

    17. Changes

We may update these terms or commission rates for future transactions by posting an update and, where you have an active listing, by reasonable email notice. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice and are not retroactive unless you agree.

    18. Term, termination, and survival

These terms apply while your listing is active and continue for as long as commission remains payable for attributed Clients. Either party may terminate a listing on notice. Sections 4 to 15 and 17 to 19 survive termination.

    19. Disputes

The parties will try to resolve disputes in good faith within 20 days. If unresolved, proceedings may be brought in the courts set out in section 20.

    20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
